New Door Lock Pulls
Well after jumpin over my doors so many times I finally broke off both of my door pulls.
I saw the little chromies and they were fine but the price was a bit much. I figured being a NRA member and a pro gun activist these would suit me well What do you think here is where i found them

Still look a little high. I woul avoid "Jumping into the car" that could help avopid the problem.

they are actually the same height as the original, if I made them any shorter then I could not get a hold of them that easy The shaft on the new pull was threaded so it would screw on but I saw that our post is not a threaded rod. I used a drill bit to open the hole (on the new pull) so it would fit over the existing rod. The shaft on the new pull was too big to fit down in to our door so I put the new pull on the lathe and machined it down to fit the hole instead of drilling out my door as that would not be repairable

Looks great! Would never know you had to make those adjustments as it looks like it was made just for it.
