New Windscreen...Robert's Brother now the Teacher

I had to start a new thread...look at comparisons of the old multi colored windscreen with the new one...a better mousetrap built...and Robert would be so gratified to see what a creative artist Steve has turned into...I took picture 3 in the light..and pictures 4 & 5 in my darkened garage...u cannot tell the difference...even in the light, the colors are so succent...cannot wait to drive it in the evening...and yes, Paul...those r my white wall tires with chrome rims.

All he needs now is a foxtail on the antenna and the fuzzy dice hanging from the mirror...

Does that windscreen put any pressure on the tonneu seal when it is closed. I'm looking into getting a wind screen for my sky. Naturally I don't want one that would do harm to our Jouet.
Thanks

I really can't think of anything bad to say about the windscreen, looks great, much nicer than the previous one. Not a big fan of the whitewall tires though.

I like it. It looks like a hot piece or coal just taken out of the fire! You know, when you see some red, white and black. Looks nice to me!

I like them both... the old one a little more. What I like about the old one is the "SKY" UNDER the car as opposed to ON the car. I also like that there is less filled-in color in the old one (Sometimes less is more). To me, the beauty of this car are the lines and I think the lines stand out more in the old one.

But, really, the differences are negligable and equally as nice for different reasons.

When riding in the evening and braking...those large letters reflected alot of light inside the cockpit...I like it more subtle...but to each his/their own...

I am interested in purchasing one myself. Clear and plain with no bells and whistles. Any recommendations as to what style and company to get one from?

Windscreens

Scotty,

We offer the clear as well as the custom. We have 2 different versions and you can read up on them under our installation page.

Good luck with your selection. Also, there are other companies as well that sell them.
DISCOUNT CODE = Skyforum10
