Pictures of my newly clayed/waxed Sky, Raven

Hi, a couple of people asked me to post pics of my Sky, Raven, after she had been freshly clayed and waxed. These really don't do justice to how it looks in person. The best way I can describe it is like looking in a mirror. It feels like glass, or silk, to the touch. It was the best three hours I ever spent. FYI: I used Meguiar's but I hear Zaino is great...I just didn't want to order it online and have to wait, I wanted to do it ASAP so the Meguiar's was at Pep Boys ready and waiting...

Thanks for the compliment. The clay kit was the Meguiar's G1016 Smooth Surface™ Clay Kit, and the wax was the Cleaner Wax.

SWEETNESS recieved her first clay and wax job today!! Oh my aching back!!

We'll worth it though. Used the same product but haven't had a chance for the sunshine to hit it so I could see the final results. It took me from 11 to 4, but I took off all the wheels, claened inside the rims, cleaned the finder wheels, whales, whails,wheels,however you say it..... Cleaned my break calipers, Heck I even clayed and waxed my windshield. I don't think I forgot anything did I?????

Hope the sun comes out tomarrow so I could see the results.

you might think about getting the splash guards..i put them on myself and they really do help and look great...btw i cant wait to get to pep boys

That is exactly what I used as well on Sunni1. The reflections are amazing. I did not feel THAT much difference but Sunni1 is indoors a lot and it has been waxed 3 times since June. Claying did, however seem to deepen the shine - make the paint look deeper than just wax alone. The cleaner wax is good - but I plan to coat it with Meguiar's Tech wax (paste) yet as well.
