potential wind-restrictor issues?
I'm hoping that the wind-restrictor owners can help me out here...I'd like to order one in the very near future...but...Are there any legalities involved with the illuminated models?...Will the po-po ticket you or does it vary by state? Also, are there any sites i can Google to find this info out? Do you think the DMV would be in the know? Thanks all...
