we just bought a 2007 redline, and I'm wondering if the switch in front of the driver seat is a power seat height adjustment. I hear a motor turning but nothing happens?
Getting back to the original question. Am I incorrect in thinking that the power seat option came out with the 08 models, I know that is true for the Solstice. If so your seat my have been added by a previous owner thus the power source for the seat motor would have had to been added. Pulling the seat requires removing the 4 seat track bolts and seat beat connection. that should allow you to access the wiring connection on the bottom of the seat. The seat belt does not need to be removed to inspect just protect the rocker area for scratching the painted surface when pulling seat out.

I was trying to find a picture when I visit you guys up in Pa of me standing in front of your shed. I can remember seeing a tobacco field in front of your shed but no cows just the cow manure smell...
