RADIO FAV's

Just had my radio replaced at dealer with same model so to speak. I noticed the new radio has only 4 Fav settings where the old had 6...
Does anyone know if there was a down grade to the radio's? I'm trying to do some checking for differences. Any help with model numbers please.

Mine has 6

Where would I check for the model number?

I believe the dealer has to hook up the puter thangy to get the numbers. Thought someone has already ran into this problem.....

I just ran across this thread...

You can do it yourself. There is a setting in the same area as the clock setting and the speed sensitive volume. I believe the button to change it says "FAV 1-6" and you can change it to have between 1 and 6 pages (DUH!) of favourites. I am almost 100% sure but I don't want to run out and check the car, I park in the back 40 at work. Can anybody easily confirm this?

When I dropped XM I went down to 4 pages from 6 since I don't listen to much now other than the changer or the iPod.

This is how to gain access to all six pages of presets.
