A Random Gathering of Mods

We did the Idyllwild II run by SoCal SKYs yesterday, and I was struck by the large number of modificatons to the gathering of cars. Lots of custom grill, wheel, interior and underhood treatments... I thought a separate thread to highlight some of the interesting different mods might be fun. So here goes...

Note that all of these kappas were gathered in the same place at the same time... What an assortment!

First, front ends and grills... My Opel GT, Nick's Billet, Eloy's RPI GT, and Keenan's radically altered Solstice...

How about wheels - Rims, calipers, tires...

Let's not forget SPIRIT, which has 19" tires, M1 rims and painted calipers and rotor hats...

How about inside the car? Lots of differences in the cockpit from carbon fiber treatments to leather customizations, and accents under the hood, too...

Finally, other little touches here and there... Two that intrigued me were the masked side marker lights, and the routing of the exhaust on this Solstice through the backup light ports... Cool!

I find it amazing the amount of innovations and cusomizations that are done to these cars.

Want to do something amazing? How about if we use this as the start of a "unique mods" thread? You can post any mode that you have done or have had done to your car... But let's try to have no duplicates. How many different mods can we put together in a single thread?

Great pictures!! Thanks for the ideas. I am going to the MECCA Tour II (Wilmington Delaware Plant Tour) May 9th and we already have over 100 cars meeting together. I will try to do the same as you did and post some "mod" pictures.....Indy
