One dealer does and another doesn't, goes to show how screwed up the GM system is. Actually I believe they are suppose to honor your GM worker membership, am I right or wrong?

They wouldn't honor Option 1 or 2 and I didn't try a PEP car. GM told me that it really is up to the dealer when it comes to specialty vehicles like the Sky Redline. Interestingly, I found a lot of dealers in SoCal willing to let me have a Solstice under the Option 1 plan. Some of the salesmen were really indignant; one even told me he's not going to let me have a Sky at less than he could get it for.

Don't know why they issue or implement those rights to you guys and then not honor the deal, that's one of your benefits that keeps your salary down..

I bought my 2007 RL manual trans in June with 47k on it. Dark Green with Tan top. Got it for what I feel was the right price at $14,700. Flew in and drove it home from Nashville to Columbus, OH. It has monsoon 6 disk and chrome wheels. Sticker when new was $31,000. I've got 51k on it now with no problems. Met some new friends in the Neokappa group. It's been nothing but fun. I have a good friend who bought a 2009 NA ruby red with less than 25k. I've added new tires and a performance exhaust. With the 2.0 I get 30 to 32 mpg all the time. So, welcome from another newbee!
