I went to a dealer the other day and they stated they had a Pewter Saturn sky (what do they know) So I was trying to figure out if it was the silver graphite or techno grey (as I write this I realise the graphite was 07 and the other was 08-09 so there is the answer to 1st question..) but my other question is in pictures the techno grey seems flatter? is it devoid of metal flake?
May I ask how old you are.
I am glad your here.
Some of these ? you should know.
Thay would be eazy to look up.

No not yet.. I've given up on the hydro blue one but there's one that someone is offering to sell me for 18K with only 14K miles Carbon flash. which I like but it doesn't have the monsoon system.. which I really want.. decisions decisions (who wants to spend my money for me?)

The monsoon was one of the requirements for my car. I'm very glad I got it. I have the 6 CD player also.

Kind of on/off topic but after reviewing the paint code list it reminded me that Santiago Teal was going to be a limited 2010 colour for the Canadian Market. I did a Google search and an actual Solstice coupe picture appeared and found that only one was made. Has anyone ever seen this car on the road or is the owner on the forum? Was it ever released to the public??
yea I know I'd love it too but If i get the car for 17K how good of an audio system can I get instead of the monsoon for the extra 1K?
You can add your own subwoofer for less than that.
I opted for a non Monsoon system when I got mine.
I added a subwoofer using a stock enclosure so I could mount it behind the passenger seat. I personally have no issue with the stock speakers, even with the top down. I enjoy my music, but I'm not going to drop alot of money to try and improve the audio in a convertible.
I could have saved money by going with a non NAV integrated head unit, But the rest of the Kenwood system works great for the Audio and video.
So don't sweat that. If the rest of the car is solid and is a good price, taking care of the audio is nothing.
I googled what you read...but I do not believe it is the color teal that u believe...or what most of us believe to be the color teal ...it is my belief it is part of the standard colors that was used but added the word teal..it stated teal yellow...
Dude, not to be rude, but you've gone through like 5 colors in the last 3 weeks. It's a used car. Buy the best car you can afford. There is literally no coat of paint that makes a car worth more than any other color.
When I looked for a Sky, it had to be red!!! Wife's choice and the deal breaker!!! We tried out a red Miata first then went to see the Sky (silver pearl). She fell in love with the Sky at first glance. "Color? What color? It is a Sky!!!!! It is beautiful!!! It has an automatic transmission!!! I can drive it!", she says. "Buy it!!!!"
I do most of the driving but she calls it her "Baby". When she does take it out, she has the biggest grin imaginable. She says that it is the easiest car she has ever driven and the coolest. But even though it is a 2.4, I can scare the living daylights out of her when I drive the Sky aggressively. I am 71 1/2 but feel like I am 17 when I drive this car. It is so surefooted that I have never come close to reaching its potential nor do I intend to try.
For get the color, just find the car!!!!!! It will be so cool that the color won't matter to most observers. They will think that you own some expensive, exotic, foreign sports car.

Silver Pearl
Red Leather interior
Black top
Automatic

The silver looks good on the road...brighter and flashier than the gray. (But that' s just my opinion.) I wrestled with the color issue for a good while and decided I just had to have white ... then I couldn't find a white automatic within 500 miles! Located three that were sold by the time I placed a phone call about them. Started out wanting tan top and interior but once I saw the red and black leather I really liked it so that' s what I ended up with. There' s nothing wrong with being undecided about color choice, and making the decision is part of the enjoyment of buying a car! (Just my opinion of course.)
