SKY Cooler.....

I am sure there are a few threads about it on here somewhere but ya know what I don't care I have to start this one because I honestly really think it needs another..... I am in such amazement right now. I think we do enough talking bad or crap to where when something is KICK @SS we need to overly share!!!!!!!!

Rember way back when LatinVenom brought up the cooler idea we signed up etc., etc., etc., well with life going on all around me I kept forgetting to get with him when they were ready. I got a very nice email from him this week reminding and I sent a check right away.

The cooler came in TODAY already & I am for a lack of a better word or phrase going OMG!!!!!!!!!! This thing is beyond soooooooooo great. Then for the price we got them at? SUCH A STEAL!!!!!!!!

I think I might even use one of the smaller pouches all the time just for stuff in the car!!!!

I had to take pictures!!!!!

I've used this cooler several times and can confirm, it completely kicks @ss! LV really put out a superb product for a very reasonable price.

I took my cooler with me to T2TR last weekend. It was awesome!

I used one of the side bags to hold radios/GPS/batteries/charger cords. I think I will keep that one behind my seat (sans electronic gizmos $$$), because all those charger cords fill up the teeny-tiny glove box fast!

I agree, I agree, I agree . . .

This cooler is amazing. We used it to stash picnic stuff in and it stayed cool all day - and we all know how dang hot the trunk gets - left the house a 7A and got home at 8:30P. The Blue Ice bricks were still icey when we got home.

One of the side bits holds my back-up camera that lives in the trunk!

LV deserves a lot of credit for putting these together -

I got mine last month or so and I still have not used it, but tomorrow on the way to mecca2, I will be using it for the first time, storing some SoBe Life Water, and some Propel Invigorating Water for the trip. It is was a real nice deal, nice artwork on the box and it fits very well in the Sky...Thanks it is really a good thing to have!!! Two Thumbs Up..

If I recall, only 125 of these puppies were made in Black & Red, and are I'm sure by now all sold out, I think LV told me Kim's was the last one he had.. Here is the original thread that is closed for business.

Now Taking Orders For SKY Coolers There is even an older thread, now also closed that shows the pics we took when the project started..
I used it for our last run, the Ring Around Lake Okeechobee Adventure and it worked flawlessly.. Great great item..

I think you guys are too late. If I'm not mistaken, this was a one time thing that was over back in Dec 07. Sorry. Someone else please post some info to help these guys if I'm incorrect about cooler availabilities.

I for one would NOT do that.. These coolers were specially made one of a kind item, I doubt LV would go thru another session, to much trouble and work for no reward...

What a great piece, didn't have my G8TR until April and somehow missed MidniteBlues cooler on the Ring Around Lake Okeechobee. Maybe I could have slid it in my car and "Hid it like I stole it". If they ever become available again put me on the list.

Yep Kimberly, I use mine all the time, the main part is filled with traveling stuff like drinks, goodies etc, one of the side bags is used for the walkie talkies and the other is for all the camera stuff and the front purse type is used for holding ID on the runs. I did buy 2 because I knew it was a great product and a great price. I feel bad for all the people that did not bother to get one when they were posted last year. Feel even worse for the people that just got their Sky's and didn't even know such a great product had been available.

The best part was when I was in the Saturn Service and asked to look at the bag they sell, it was not at all in the same league and it was 100. I took mine in to show them, they were all shocked at what I had paid and really want to get stocked up on them...... I got to tell them they were limited and no longer available....too bad.

I wasn't the only one with it..

LV had his Solstice cooler and I think there was another Sol cooler in the other V8..
