Sky security

Can someone tell me if the Sky automatically locks the doors. Do the doors lock when the car starts, movement starts, or a certain speed is hit? If the car is made this feature-----can it be disabled?

The doors lock when you start moving. i don't know if it can be disabled, but the manual will tell you. i do know that they unlock again when you shut the car off.

From the manual:
"For your safety, all power door locks will lock automatically when the shift lever is moved out of Park with an automatic transmission, or when the vehicle speed is greater than 5 mph (8km/h) with a manual transmission.
This feature cannot be disabled; however, you can personalize the unlock features using the Driver Information Center."

The doors will automatically unlock when the shift lever is moved into Park with an automatic transmission, or when the key is removed from the ignition with a manual transmission.
This feature can be disabled or programmed in different ways if the vehicle has an automatic transmission"

Also - if you set it up - you can click the lock button on the fob while any/all doors are open (you will hear thre pings and a padlock flashes on the dash) - 5 seconds after the last door is closed the doors will lock and the security system sets. I have mine set that way.
