Spring has Sprung! Remember your tags!

YEAH! 70 degrees out yesterday so I opened up the garage and put our Sky back on the road! What a great time! It was only 45 degrees out in the morning, but I put the top down, put my coat on, and drove to the gas station to fill up (need to mix the new fuel in to burn off the old stuff). Drove around NWO and SE Michigan all day. Today, my wife took the car down around the Toledo area... then it hit me: I forgot to put the insurance papers, registration papers in the car AND forgot to put the new 2008 Tab on the plate! Funny thing is that when I was out the day before, the Sheriff car pulled up behind me, then slid over next to me to ask about how I like the car! I was SO close to have several hundred dollars in fines...and didn't know it. I tracked down my wife and found where she was in Toledo and ran down the papers and tag to put in and on the car.
SO, if you had your car in storage and your new 2008 tags came in over winter, PUT THEM ON YOUR CAR BEFORE YOU DRIVE!
