Heat gun or blow dryer on high heat to warm up the glue holding it on. Use a plastic instrument to help pry up an edge and pull it off slowly. Use WD-40 and a soft rag to remove any remaining glue should some remain. Most of all take your time and be patient.

I used dental floss then carefully remove the excess with some wax or other solvents

What jayman said. fishing line (12 pound test seems to be about right) and goo-gone. Then i running compound and wax the area below where the badge used to be, because you probably put some fine scratches into the paint.

Dental floss (Waxed) slip the floss behind the emblem, use a sawing motion work the floss under the emblem till it comes off!

Should come off pretty easy!

High strength fishing line tends to work better than floss in my experience. And works better than prying it off with anything. Then I use a very very very light amount of rubbing alcohol to break up the glue that I can't peal off. ( suggestions on better I am sure this isn't the best way) Wash the car and wax. that is very very important to wax after you do this. That one spot has never seen wax.

Don't brush your teeth for a week and just exhale on it. Shoo the glue justs breaks loose. Sometimes when I do it tha paint gets a little weak too....Skip...

From the rear, not really debadged but I photoshopped it.
