*URGENT* PLEASE read if you are going to KW in Oct.

(MODS YES I KNOW THIS NEEDS TO BE DOWN IN THE SOUTHEAST SECTION BUT I KNOW NOT EVERYONE GOES DOWN THERE TO LOOK ALL THE TIME.. PLEASE LET THIS STAY UP HERE FOR JUST A FEW DAYS-THANK YOU SO MUCH THIS IS VERY URGENT)

IF YOU are going to Key West in October for the 4th and DO PLAN ON STAYING THE NIGHT IN MIAMI OCTOBER 3 with the rest of us PLEASE LET ME KNOW ASAP.

I am handling the blocking of rooms & with the group sales person.... right now they are at 60% full... I need to let her know ASAP how many rooms we are needing to block as far as we know... NO YOU DO NOT need to pay right now... She said she will block them off for us & deposits won't be due till Sept 3. BUT I need to let her know ASAP!
