Weather sucks in OK

I have almost had my Red Line for 2 weeks.
Monday picked it up in the afternoon/evening.
Tuesday drove it to work (No Rain) and washed it after work.
Wednesday garaged due to rain
Thursday garaged due to rain
Friday drove to work rained on the way home
Saturday washed
Sunday rained on again while out driving
Monday drove to work rained on the way home (washed again)
Tuesday rained while at work
Wednesday rained on the way to work (washed again)
Thursday rained while at work (washed again)
Friday early evening showers
Saturday WASHED AGAIN in the AM, rained on again while out shopping
Sunday.....probably wash again...

I might start giving up on keeping my baby clean...Mother Nature is really wearing me out When I wasn't washing it, I wipe it down and give it a quick detail polish. Why is it so hard to try to keep it clean

The washing thing and keeping it clean will pass. I also washed it for the first month every weekend. That stopped. Right now I haven't washed it in over a month. My car is filthy right now. Some people over do it in my opinion. I stopped trying to keep my midnight blue clean. I do a good semi-annual, wash clay, wash, polish, then seal it. From then on, its a wash once or twice a month. The problem right now unfortunately, we in Florida are under a water restriction due to our drought--I can only water my lawn once a week, on Saturday, AND only bwt the hours of 5AM to 8AM and from 5PM to 8PM--Sucks, wish it would rain over lake Okeechobee-- Or perhaps a hurricane or 2 hitting the middle of the state-- Wow, thats a terrible wish--How about a low wind hurricane or 2 with lotsa rain--

Why not park your Sky on the lawn and wash it there, use a good biodegradable soap and the lawn will love your Sky as much as you do. Just make Tuesady, or Wednesday your car wash day to spread out the water your lawn gets.

We've had the same weather here in Dallas. Hopefully by the time my Sky arrives (about 6 weeks) the rain will be over.

It's not going to rain TODAY!

I feel your pain, first summer with my Sky and it rains almost every day, all the car shows missed because its raining on Saturday morning. Drove my baby in today and got my fingers crossed it WILL NOT RAIN today
Looks like maybe Sunday July 1st will be a NO RAIN day if the forecast holds out What is amazing all the water spots on the inside of the Sky around the hood and deck lid, spots in the door sills,

You should just hope that I get my Sky soon. The minute I get mine all the storms will head this way.

AGHH I got hit by RAIN!

Since my car was all mucked up already once I walked out from work, went on to the cruise in at Steak and Shake. Had a small turn out was good to visit with old friends, another silver redline did not show up and with clear skies drove home top down. After one hour of detail work Skybaby is clean and tucked in the garage till next WEEK. Darn weather just enough rain to get my car wet and enough splash to muck up the car before I found dry payment,
