What Do You Get From Saturn?

SO I am still hearing about how people get magazines and other goodies sent to them from their dealer and corporate....

What have you got and when?

I am seriously going to call Corporate today about it... no matter how I obtained Sinister I still ordered her & bought her bottom line I should be getting everything everyone else is too.

I don't get anything from Saturn except for an occational post card saying they want to buy back my VUE which I traded in for my Sky over a year and a half ago.

Well, I get friendly service all the time

They worked on my tpms since I changed my new rims w/ new sensors. I can't figure it out and won't work. Saturn called tirerack.com and the techs were able to figure it out. Free service for me, even though they worked on my aftermarket items

They also do "almost" free oil change service, when I bring my own Royal Purple Oil

My dealer sent me a couple hats and a couple t-shirts. I guess that is their version of a rewards program for having bought 5 cars there in the last 5 years.

Well I did get a Saturn tin filled with chocolate chip cookies. I think that was a one time deal to thank me for my purchase and guilt me into filling out the questionnaire.

Ya, but had to make two trips to the dealer and back (60 mile round trip). After waiting for over an hour the first trip they discovered they didn't have all the parts they needed. The second trip, I told them to give me a loaner and I would come back when my car was finished. They provided me with a rental and said they would pay for it, but when I came back the next day, the rental company wanted me to pay for the gas used to my home and back. I pitched a bitch with the service manager about that and he said he would take care of the tab for the gas. What a hassle.

I received a car detail kit from the dealer. Included soap, wax, microfiber, leather care, tire stuff, etc. Nothing special, but pretty nice. Of course, when we signed the papers we got our travel coffee mug and they played a song throughout the entire dealership.

I used to get service reminders. But I know it's up to each facility if they want to subscribe to the service for their customers. That might also be the case for the 360 Magazine. I get an email notification about the magazine but that's it.

Since I just moved to Boston and just recently had both vehicles in for service of sorts, maybe I'll start getting things.

I still have not received anything about the brake TSB for my Sky.

Of course for some reason the dealership doesn't understand not to send mail to the street address but to the PO Box. So in a way, I guess that is a good thing. We bought Sady in April and never received a questionairre or any other information.

I get only sales pitches from a differer dealer trying to poach my dealers customers and a few blanket mailings plus 1 nice card from my dealers Svc Mgr, Raymond. Nothing from Corp.
