As long as whats current and concise is at the top in the first post, there's no need to read the other posts.

Until someone else has their hands on this tune and checks it out I would venture to say that this tune is also conjecture.

Crate Engine Warehouse has already shown pictures of the packages he got in (and sold) as well as Flash's Owner having the true first production install

But I get your point

No, that would be an aftermarket tune also.

Talked to my saturn service manager and they will install anything from Saturn motorsports or GM Performance and not void the warranty..
I will order the GM kit today, and post when I get it.

GM parts direct wants $93 for shipping and handling plus state sales tax which puts me at the dealer cost. I called Crate engine depot.com and they do in fact have it in stock. My local dealer is checking to see if the updated flash is available for their Tech-2. If so then I will order and post results later.

You may also want to add under "Warranty" that the kit is 50-state emissions legal and has been through the CARB approval process.

Also, you may want to note the following under "Performance", if you trust my acceleration testing.

Production Solstice GXP Manual Trans (near standard ambient conditions)
0-60 5.4 seconds
1/4 mile 13.95 seconds @ 99.5 MPH

Solstice GXP Manual Trans with Performance Upgrade Kit (no other upgrades, near standard ambient conditions)
0-60 4.95 seconds
1/4 mile 13.65 seconds @ 104 MPH

Not that I am trying to get people worked up but!

When buying this or any parts from the above mention companies there is one thing you should know.
The reason the dealers don't know about this is because of what they say on there web site.

Read below

1999 - 2008 Flow GM Auto Center - All Rights Reserved. GMPartsDirect.com is independently owned and operated by Flow GM Auto Center,
an authorized independent reseller of General Motors Parts. This site is not owned or operated by General Motors Corporation.

I would be very careful in regards to any warranty issues on the part or your car. Just a thought

I got my kit yesterday. Delivered from crate engine. The enclosed documentation clearly states that the parts are covered and that the factory warranty continues in effect.

Doesn't matter where you buy it, or technically who installs it (although you can't do the whole thing yourself anyways) the warranty still holds true. Someone already dug through the warranty information to figure it all out.
