Well, I got to see what the bada$$ Lamborghini Gallardo can do today... and how well my Ruby fares against one in a race. In short: not well!
The fun part for me was that I got to practice my NLS, which I nailed every time!
So what could I do to Ruby that would push her a little closer to that awesome Lambo?
PICS or it didn't happen!!
PS.. nice car -- I was going to buy yours when it was at Bradshaw, but they couldn't get it out of the paint shop fast enough for me to look at it. They were doing some paint work for some scratches on it and I didn't get a chance to get up there with my work travel schedule.

Yeah, that's exactly where I found her.. my wife loved the car immediately, and after we took it for a spin, it was all but sold.
It's been a really fun car, and I am glad that I got to her first

I would think upgrading the turbo and related parts to put you up to 400 whp should do rhe trick given the weight difference. It would get you off the line till your turbo spooled up. Am I right?
According to Wiki, the Lambo is about the same weight as an LS Kappa, has about the same HP and less torque. In the short run, 0 - 100 it should be a good contest. Once the difference in aero becomes a major factor, the lower coeficient of drag will make the difference.
Dave's dyno results for Punisher were 460/460 measured at the wheels. If you use a conservative 15% for losses, that equates to 529 HP at the flywheel and the same torque value. That compares with 552 hp at 8,000 rpm and 398 lb·ft at 6,500 rpm of torque for the Lambo.

The Gallardo that I raced was much faster than my GMPP tuned Sky. It was a beast! We did a 20 pull and he just ran away from me, V10 screaming the whole time. We did 3 long pulls and he was many car lengths ahead of me each time. I'm pretty sure that he let up on it once he was 4 or 5 car lengths ahead of me as he could have just kept going...
From what I could tell the Lambo did not have a turbo (no whine) and was paddle shifted.

How did Punisher get to 460 at the wheels?
