Redline Drift

So it's dark, but its still pretty cool.

The second one is a bit overzoomed but its still awesome too.

The stock tires are being saved for a donut/burnout competition in may

And Antonio, I saw your drift and right after I saw it i had to go out and do my own, thats why its at night time lol. It's awesome

haha yes it was donut; which were amazingly fun, although in another movie I yet to post it's a perfect circle donuts around a pylon at which point it falls back into the drifting realm

and i intend to beat the living crap out of the car while its still under warranty, then they can fix it. And once its off warranty ill throw in a LS7 and that comes with a 2 year warranty strait from GM. After that engine breaks I'm not sure what ill do next

As for how to do it... push and hold the traction button for 8 seconds, and turn the wheel to full left or right lock , floor the accelerator (assuming you're running an auto like I am) and then just feather the accelerator to control the wheel spin and direction.

in my video's case.........hold traction button to disable all nannies. Hard turn in, stomp throttle. Once boost kicks, car starts to step out. Steer into the slide, back off the throttle a little, and keep it smooth. Jerking the wheel, or drastic changes in throttle will throw the car's weight off and make it change direction.

ok what is the deal with the trac switch? i know thw manual says to hold for 5 seconds to disengage trac control but all i see you have to do is simply push it until you get tto the option you want. why do you have to hold it? 5 or 8 secs?

There are 4 modes. All on, Trac off, Competitive, and All Off.

Push button once = Trac off & ESC fully active
Push button twice = Competitive mode = Trac OFF & ESC more sporty/leniant
HOLD button for a few seconds until you see TRAC OFF & ESC OFF. This disables ALL traction controls.

In competitive mode, you can slide the car around but the system will still prevent some of it. For some real car sliding, tire burnin fun, everything has to be turned off otherwise you are being held back.

Not for competitive mode. Just push it and let go and it will cycle through the settings.
