RPI Exhaust Problem & Correction

Hey out there, just got my new RPI GT exhaust for my 08 RL. I was pumped! Got over to my friend's shop on Firday night round 6:30 est. Got the old exhaust off and was half done with the new when we found that I got two left side mufflers. Being a little upset I called RPI which it's about 3:30 there, and got Eloy's number and talked direct to him. At 10:30 the next morning I had the correct part from Fedex. I can't say enough about the prompt call backs and the willingness to fix the problem so I could have my car for the weekend, especialy labor day weekend. RPI as a crew are top notch customer driven folks that know that good practice makes happy customers. I thank Eloy and the crew that made my weekend, and even though it was a slip-up on their part, they still deserve a pat on the back for quick service and a good product. Thanks Again.

Great to here that they treat their customers that way, not enough of that these days.

Yeah, spending a few days at the shop while getting my RL tinkered with was a very enjoyable experience. It's a shame that Eloy is not doing much more with our kappas...but what he has done so far has been incredible.

Werks has the RPI exhaust on sale for less than $800 right now so now's a good time to buy.

Yeah, I am very sorry that it even happened. I was actually in a dinner meeting in Vegas (RPi was out there for Mfest) so I get this call and I was scrambling trying to get my shipping guy on the phone, etc. Im really happy that it worked out and I want to appologize again for it even happening.

Haha, yeah, I told him if he did it again, he would be sent to deal with Chuck.
