I think it would be awesome to have one that went where the backup light is now... make it fit perfectly inside that current shape.

AFAIK that valence/exhaust doesn't fit the sky yet.

I understand Norm (he makes many aftermarket parts for the solstice) is in the process of creating a new rear valance for the sky.

The "original" concept design (sketch and clay models) for the Solstice had a center stacked exhaust.

You can't be serious! That's really really fugly! And what's with those fins? But, hey, if we all liked the same things, y'all would be after my wife, and I'd have to kill all of you!! It's still fugly! Looks like a dual rectum! Still, as Bogie said, it was originally penned for the SOL, that's just about right, eh? But not for the Sky!

Cannot install on a Sky!

I have a Solo Mach exhaust but wanted the center exhaust ... and was told by Solo that the Sky has a steel beam in the center but Solstice does not. Therefore they can get the center exhaust and Sky's cannot!
I was disappointed. If it was just the rear valance and not a steel beam, Norman could of added small back-up lights easily. Sorry.

imagine that exhaust tip

anyways ill check the underside of the car to see what beam is in the way.
as far as reverse light my plan would be put white and red high output leds on the 3rd brake light.

Vstar is right, they are both Spiky's exhausts. I believe the second that you dislike so much was designed more for the sound in addition to the similiarity to the original Sol design. It actually sounds really nice and looks pretty cool in person.

I do agree with you that it is not my taste either maybe your wife would be though!

I would like to see the center exhaust in place of the back up light with dual tips, side by side in the form of the existing space. Then install new backup lights in the place of the existing exhaust tips.

Agreed, except I would rather it be a single tip instead of doubles.
