400 Hp

This may have been covered but here is my question:

If you had 2,000 bucks (which I do) what would you do to a Sky redline to improve not only HP but also performance? Can I get to 400 HP with 2 grand?

For $2000, I'd start with an exhaust, downpipe and IC upgrade. Just that could quite easily get you over budget.

So if your trying to prioritize your spending then do the wastegate mod first, cost $0. Second a better intercooler, I like the one from Dejon. Next the exhaust, lots of choices there now. Last pipes under the hood including the intake. But your still not gonna hit 400 how ever it is measured till the ECU is fully cracked.

I'd purchase this.. Only In your Dreams - Debbie Gibson CD

Then get a WB02, exhaust and tuning software. (once it supports the RL)

I still can't figure out how to get my DashHawk to display the AFR to say 12:1 or 14:1. I can only see what it commands and it'll read .99 or something like that.

Under the fuel section you have wb afr 1, assuming you version 2 of the dashhawk and the latest firmware.

So, who supplies the turbo upgrade and tune?

I'd start with an exhaust, downpipe and buy the HP Tuners software. Then find a good dyno shop that has experience with GM vehicles.

By owning HPT, you can have the PCM set up to each and every mod you add. Nothing better than having the car tuned specifically for YOUR car. You can also have it set up for an aggressive tune for days you want to drive hard or head to the track and a more conservative tune for other days. Only takes 20 seconds to switch between the two.

$2k might get you a military surplus booster rocket you can strap to the back of your ride, Wyle E. Coyote style!
