Hello again, I am having backfiring issues under full throttle and it is really annoying. It started right after I installed the new SOLO Exhaust. It seems to be doing it right after i hit 24psi. It starts popping and its embarrassing when you are trying to pass people. I starting having miss-firing issues but I believe I solved that with a larger fuel pump. My Tuner (Vince) has told me that I either have an exhaust leak or have a lack of back pressure. I went under the car and checked for leaks and I don't hear or feel any leaks coming out of the downpipe or exhaust. Has anyone else had this issue and what can I do to fix it. Thanks
Bump. I have a hi-flow cat, solo mach shorty exhaust, and the trifecta tune. I also notice a backfire every once in a while when I am WOT and changing gears... not sure why. Any ideas anyone?

Could be spark plugs. Playing with the gap can sometimes resolve this.
But since you changed out the biggest bottleneck in the stock system, if the ECU and spark plugs dont fix this, you might need to do some logging and adjust your tune
I tried that and my car hated the colder plugs
The AC Delco 41-108s work great on mine
I just gap them different depending on my fuel
.035 for E47
.028 for 93 Octane
I recently upgraded to the Hahn Super 20g and am having the same problem at WOT. Hits 24psi and starts backfiring. I sent the logs to Vince, hoping he can solve.

Nope, still waiting, I've sent 3 different logs to Vince, it also threw a P2216 on the second log. I cleared and ran the 3rd without it hitting again. I do have the Dejon CAI, I keep reading that might create issues, should I just put on the stock?
Vince said he would look through the logs and get back to me. I'll post here when I get an updated tune.
