From what I understand, the V6 Turbo is for other Opel models, not the Opel GT or SKY. There is a possibility that you will see these engines on future Saturn vehicles, but probably NOT the current SKY because GM has been pretty adamant about this remaining a four cylinder car.

All the engines from the German Opel website are made for FWD cars. Actually the Opel GT / Sky RL is the only RWD car in the Opel programm. So for front mount RWD you had to modify that engine.

With the rebadged Opel Astra Saturn will import from Antwerp/Belgium later this year as 2008 model year you'll also get 4 cyl. engines only.

The LNF 2.0L engine in the RL/GXP is different then the Opel 2.0L engine. Ours is far more advanced and far more powerful.
