First 1/4 ETs

Well, the track rained out tonight so I didn't get to run there. Instead I made a some passes with my Aeroforce Interceptor, which works like a Dash Hawk. I know it is not the same or as accurate, but it is close enough to make me happy. The Interceptor confirmed what my gut was telling me.

Temp 70 degrees with 75% humidity, zero wheel spin on my 3 best passes: 13.0, and 12.9 twice.

Here was my best pass:
0-60 4.54
1/8 8.37 @ 83
1/4 12.93 @ 104

I hope to back this up with some track time slips in the next week.

Kendall

Good numbers, probably hard pressed to get 13.0 on a track but you never know, sometimes those things are more accurate than others. Still better than expected, yours is an automatic?

It does launch very hard. I brake boost it to 2200 rpm, and she leaps out of the hole. I should be able to bring it to the track on Wednesday or Friday night to back it up. The good news is at the track, I should be able to brake boost it to 2500 rpm, the max the rear brakes will hold, and leave even harder. 2500 on plain asphalt is more than the stock tires can handle.

Encouraging numbers. I've done some 0-60 runs as well and scored about the same, so hopefully my 1/4 mile times will be in line with those as well. Thanks for the info on your launch RPMs. Which traction mode were you set at? Competitive, or completely off?

We were on a private road, not on public streets of course. That would be illegal.
