First Drive in Mallett SKY #004

Well, today offered dry pavement and sunny skies, even if it is still only 20 degrees, so out I went for a drive - the first since it was delivered last Friday.
See that thread: Mallett Sky #004 is Home!

HOLY CRAP! Now that is is amazing! It feels like a totally different car, yet is still my SKY. Instant response from the pedal, with SH*^loads of power, almost too much - I really need to get used to driving this, it is like learning a whole new way to drive.

I took it around town, then up to my local Saturn dealer, since they know me there, and will be seeing this for regular maintenance. They loved it, and want me to come to their annual show this summer. They were very impressed (as am I) at how "factory" it looked. It doesn't looked crammed in, or like it shouldn't be there - it looks like a factory option.

RedSkyMan - You will love this thing! It is going to be VERY near impossible to not take it out again before the real nice weather gets here.

Now you've done it. Time is moving even slowwwwwer now. The next 3 or 4 weeks are going to drive me nuts waiting for my delivery. My Saturn dealer will be one of the first places I'll drive it to also. Enjoy the ride
