FYI - Dejon Intercooler Pipes, Hood Rubbing Issue

FYI - many people, myself included, have had problems with a passenger side hood bracket rubbing on their Dejon Intercooler Piping. Check out the thread on the Solstice Forum if you're having this issue or if you're considering installing these pipes on your car.

I believe this happens with any of the aftermarket IC pipes as I have the Fujita pipes and they are doing the same thing.

Bah! I was going to say something since I have the Dejon pipes, but I purchase my pipes from a guy who bought them from a company that does not make them anymore. I relized why because the left side leaks like a sive around the blow off port and the long strip. So I orderd the Dejon left pipe without the blow off hole in what I thought was silver but it ended up being this flambouant ghey looking party glitz color. I repainted it red and the other silver pipe red. So mine does not hit the hood on the right because it is not Dejon. LOL! I was worried for a minute.

Also something I noticed with all these upgrades. They make the car slower! That is until you turn off traction control, then it's balls to the wall insane.
