BUMP

I would like to know the same thing. I am going to install mine this weekend and was wondering if they are different than stock?

Well,
there is no need to a new alignment cause you don't have to dismantle wishbones etc.
It's just a straight forward assembly of the new suspension.
This is was what my mechanic told me and i don't have any reason not to believe him(he's a very knowledgable mechanic and old racing guy).

BTW, the new GMPP feels tighter, reduces excess bound rebound.

If you change the height of sprints and shocks, that knocks out the alignment.
This isn't supposed to change anything by more than 1/4" from what I have read, so it probably isn't necessary as angles would not have changed.

So I guess a better question would be.
Did the GMPP change the ride height at all?
If so, by how much?

I'll have to measure mine this weekend. [If I get a chance to do this]
Should be an easy install. I just have to see how you gain access to the rear Upper bolts.

I wonder if they will be enough to affect the Castor.

Sounds like yours rides great, so it definitely isn't causing any bump steer or wander

We have a set of the GMPP Suspension sitting on the shelf and we were told to have the car aligned when the new suspension goes on...

although I don't have the GMPP suspension setup, I do have a modified setup with Eibach springs. I can post the alignment specs I used when I get home on Monday. It DRASTICALLY changes how the car handles....don't know why they didn't put it like that from the factory. I don't see any more wear on my tires than before, and they're wearing evenly. Car stays straight and true and really hugs the road.
