JRinKY, I think the butress idea is spot on,its the first thing I thought of when I saw the pics.What about using the slanted mounting rings to angle towards the driver a tad? Keep up the good work.

That looks fantastic and OP, how you built that two gauges looks really good. Both look factory.
RickyD has a great idea. That same three gauge pod is what I did in the boat but it was flat so fit perfect.
Just another idea but it might work in the sky.
