I wasnt driving. vfx from the forums here was driving the car. The car has been asleep for the past couple of months getting mods done that will transform it into a 2.4GT/S (www.sky24gt.com) What you have is just a wannabe. Add another 300hp and you might come close to being the real thing.

Haha, the decel is tuned rich for now so it makes a menacing growl/burble. Its loud because I'm running a 3" race pipe to the GT exhaust.

All the surrounding businesses know us and we are closely watched by the city (loud cars, dyno noise, etc.) so there wont be any burnouts here. lol. Yeah, the driver stalled twice. It was his first time driving my car. The clutch and how the rpms drop with the flywheel is tricky.

Was the video of WOT driving? Seems sluggish judging by the amount of time in 1st gear. No dyno chart or did I miss that post?

I have watched you videos now for a year on these streest around your shop and feel that I know every turn.

One question: Do you have some sort of deal worked out with the cops to stay away from these streets?

On more than one occasion I've seen a police car sitting on the corner of the next street over. There is no "deal" which is why you really don't see folks go nuts on these test drives.

As far as stalling twice, that's about the norm for even my clutch, which isn't as "on-off" as Brutus'. Once you get the hang of it, it's great IMO, but everyone stalls it a few times. With Brutus, not only is it easier to do, but in the back of your head, you try not to get on the gas too much as there's a can 'o whoop-ass waiting if you build too much load. Been there, done that. Redline's not all the far away with a light flywheel.

driving

That was me driving. Yes I stalled. Damn race clutch! I was just there picking up my car, and got to go and play with Brutus. That was just out front, but I did take it around the block and drove it a wee bit faster. Oh yes, it moves. Kind of deceptive. I first thought, "it's got some pick-up" then looked down to notice it was going way faster than I should admit to Eloy I was going!
fun fun fun.

I may now make mine a GTX...that will add another 5 HP.... Many of us have put in Magnaflow's Camaro Muffler and believe me...sounds like a high end foreign car...the best way to describe it...it is identical to the 3 inch catback from Magnaflow....the 3M bra cuts down on wind resistance adding an additional 5 HP. I bet if i add run flat tires...I can pick up more horses.

You can't be implying it's just a badge, right? The car hauls---butt. I get the rare opportunity to drive some of the fastest cars made (I try not to stall ) and I promise that this is no fake-badged ride. Now, I'll try to wait patiently until I can get a couple-hundred horses extra out of my little 2.0.

Its not sluggish by any means. We are using the turbo from the Hahn stage 4 right now and it does have quite a bit of lag. We are putting in the Garrett GT3071 in so it will help a lot with the spool up time. Also, vfx was not used to driving with that clutch. Believe, me, this will probably be the most powerful 2.4L sky to date. Dynos coming soon.

We have many customers that are in law enforcement.
