It is pricey and I love the look for the most part. I just hate when it look so "ADDED ON". Take that to an autobody shop and have them Bondo it on and make it so there is no break line on the side and that would look SWEET!

LIKE THE FIRST ONE!!

meh, im looking for something a little more functional for the top grille. i might end up cutting a hole or something and putting in a mesh grille if i can get everything to line up right.

No plastic surgery for my baby. Maybe a little Meguiars cosmetics, but that's it. We're going to grow old together.

I like it, but too much money. It's about time some more body styling parts come out.

I read somewhere that the 2010 Sky Redline will not only have more aggressive styling, but will also be powered by a 300hp, 2.8L turbo 6.

Why would GM put in a higher displacement (read: less fuel efficient), heavier (read: more weight and imbalance) engine at 300HP when they can deliver 290HP and 310 lb-ft with a tune of the current 2.0 I4?

In fact, as a result of the current gas price jump, GM is looking at offering our 260HP I4 as a low end option on the new Camaro, which currently carries a 300 HP V6 on the low end.

I think the kit really cheapens the look of the car and if you look at the kit just right looks like the old Chevrolet Monza in front updated kinda goofed up.

To me this front lip adds a lot better look to the car. Yet, $800!?! WTF is it made out of some super special polymer? I think $200 and $150-200 paint job still going to get messed up on those high ramp entrances and exits. Heck my whole C-west N1 front replacement bumper for my RSX in triple coated fiberglass and gel coated with a layer of factory primer costs $695 and this is a top brand in Japan and used on the C-west racing teams cars. $800 it better be made of race quality Carbon fiber and reduce our drag coeiffciant.

They should be looking at electric gasoline hybrid replacement instead. I saw a company that did the coversion on a Saturn SUV and it was getting 150 mpg with 370 hp.

I want to start making kits to put on exsisting cars why buy something new when you can just upgrade what you have. Although it would be nice to work with Saturn to start making some designs to revolutionize the market for green vehicals.

The gas prices are going to breed a whole new world of inventions and economy for the U.S.

We thought that in the 70's too.I'm still waiting to be convinced.
Hydrogen would be preferential. The least dammaging footprint on the environment.

But is it? Hydrogen is very nice once you have it, as the byproduct is water. But where do you get the Hydrogen?. You get it by stripping it out of something else, such as water. The energy required to strip it is going to be more than the energy it gives back when used to run the car. The fuel used to supply the energy used to strip the hydrogen has to be more friendly and less damaging than using that form of energy in the car in the first place. And it must also cover the percentage of energy lost in the transfer.

The same holds for electric cars. The process used to generate the electricity used to charge the vehicle must be more friendly than what the car would produce using gas.

This is one of the biggest problems I have with a lot of the hoopla about electric cars and hydrogen cars, or any car that runs on something other than oil. When it comes to the true cost on the environment, the entire creating and distribution chain must be factored into the equation. It does no good to produce a zero emissions hydrogen vehicle if the cost to the environment to produce the hydrogen is more than the cost would have been using oil alone.

In the short term, about the only thing these types of cars buy us is we can use a different source of energy than oil. A source that perhaps the U.S. has more in abundance (Natural gas...Nuclear....coal) than oil. So it might not help the environment, but it might reduce our dependence on foreign energy supplies.
