CT Dealers

I'm seriously considering ordering a RL, and was curious if anyone had ordered from a dealer in Connecticut that felt that they were well-treated.

I ordered my Redline from the Hartford dealer and I would give them a "fair" rating. Since June 06 when I made a deposit, I would contact the Sales Manager once or twice a month to get an update. Every time he would give the same old story. Nothing new, no change. Near the end of December I asked when he thought my order would be picked up by GM and he said maybe early February. Well, my Redline arrived on January 4th and the Sales Manager was totally clueless! I don't think he ever lifted a finger to check on my order. Fortunately I have had no service issues yet. And I am in no hurry to find out if the service department is any better than sales.

The Hartford dealership was absolutely terrible. I went ther at the end of August and placed my deposit and was told it would be a 12-18 monthwait. I never received a purchase # and was told they had to wait for their allocations. I waited for over ten weeks and still received no order #...I was also ignored either via phone or in person...a forum member here(NYRanger) told me of the dealership in Milford that was great. The same day i got my refund back from Hartford, I drove down to Milford and placed my deposit. They were immensely kind and i received my order # that day.

That was early November and i'm picking up my car this Tuesday---12-18 months---my butt!! Salesperson was Brian, GM was Dave--two thumbs up...

I bought my Sky from the Milford dealer. It was actually the first one that they delivered. I have to say that I received very good care & service on my sale. I would recommend them to anyone at any time. David the sales manager is very capable & friendly, as are all the techs, service manager, parts manager, Etc.

I just stopped by on friday just to say hello & check out the new Skys and they were just all very responsive, made me feel like I was visiting a friend almost.

I would not hesitate to recommend them!

FYI Danbury and Watertown dealer is under the same ownership, I did not order from them, but every time I stopped there they have treated me well, however I think their lists are rather long.

I ordered a R/L in September from Danbury, still waiting. Recently checked out Springfield, and got a big shock.While CT has a dealer charge (a'm paying $495.00) Mass. does dot. Say your self some money any check out Springfield.

Looks like Connecticut will have enough Kappas to do a nice cruise somewhere in the "twisties". Hope to see all of you when top down weather arrives!

Ordered mine from the Watertown dealership, 10/06. Treating me nice but thr only thing they told me recently was I went from #9 to #6 on their list. I was hoping to get it this spring but at this rate it might be next spring.

Great bunch of guys over at saturn of White plains, i believe they onw the Saturn of stamford,Ct. also. Ask for the salesman Robert he's great, the finace managers Brian & Tom were great also. i just picked up a Sunburst yellow Sky this Sat. Was ordered but never picked up so i snatched it>

Since the list was too long at either Watertown and Danbury I checked out Springfield, but I eventually placed my order at Nashua, NH ( I do alot of traveling in the three states) I got treated awesome.
