FINALLY!! She's HOME!!!

So I picked up my 08 Silver Pearl last night and I'm lovin every minute of her so far!!! Everything from the experience at the dealer....they had her sitting in the showroom waiting for my arrival with a sign that stated " Delivery Area reserved for Maria! Congratulations!!" I swear it brought me close to tears!!

I drove around last night with the top down and it was freakin AWESOME!! It was definitely worth the two year wait!! I will post pics as soon as I get a chance!!!

Coongratulations on your new toy..Wow, it took only 17 days..Mine took a month and i thought when the dealer was calling me, he was going to tell me the VIN number, i was just happy with that..but no, she was in and ready for me...ok, anyway, enjoy your new ride and your PERMAGRIN

Congrats! You had a dealer order and wait nearly 2 yrs before you put a deposit down? Or, did you wait 2 yrs. before ordering? Either way, welcome, and again congrats.

I fell in love with the Sky at the 06 Detroit Auto Show and I was waiting for me lease to end on my current car!! I couldn't wait any longer and I fortunately found someone to take over the lease so I can buy my dream car!!!

Thanks everyone!! Its been a fun couple of days and yes the car has been getting attention already!! The only crappy part is now I park in the furthest parking spot because I want to protect her!! Not so bad in the summer I guess.

I'm gonna wash her this morning and take some pics!

Can't wait to get her out with fellow skys!! Seems like the two events planned in the Toronto area conflicts with other plans, so if anyone in the area just wants to meet and drive, let me know!!!!

Yeah, i know what you mean about parking so far away, hell when i go to a local diner, i request a table so i can wath her like a hawk....SteveSky67
