Getting Your Saturn Sky Forum for discussing the process of ordering/tracking/buying your Saturn Sky. Ever wonder what a VOMS is? How about an "image", or how cars are allocated? The answer probably lies within.

I learned something New today!

What was that bragging about getting all those good surveys back from customers It don't mean
I just got this today from Saturn Corp. so its not a fair survey

This is an e-mail I received today:

Thank you for taking the time to send us an email. First, let me congratulate you on your recent purchase of a Saturn SKY. We appreciate that you have chosen this vehicle and are driving a Saturn.

The sales surveys are not sent out to everyone, but rather on a random basis. We have a third party which sends out surveys and collects the data.
If you would like to provide some comments to us about your buying experience, the retail facility, the car, or anything else connected to your purchase, please feel free to contact us either by email or by phone and provide the details. When you contact us again, please reference number xxxx.

Thank you for driving a Saturn.

Sincerely,

Linda T.

Are you saying the survey is crap because it is based on a random sampling and not 100% of buyers? If so, that's , since that's how pretty much every survey/poll/focus group works. Surveys are used to gather statistics. They aren't intended to be a primary method of complaint or dispute resolution. If you have an issue, bring it up in one of the ways the rep suggested so they can work it out.

100% of the Buyers are not given a chance!

What I am saying is that they don't even give all the buyers the opportunity to fill out a survey and that is WRONG! Don't worry I will be sending an e-mail back to cooperate on this issue and any issues I had with the dealer.
Chevrolet Dealers send all buyers a survey, yes each and every one, they may not get them all back, but at least all the buyers get a chance. I know with the two Chevy’s we purchased last year they called and keep reminding us to fill them out, two surveys one for the dealer and one for GM. They called from Bowling Greens, KY and asked if we had any problems with the corvette, any questions were we happy with the car?
Saturn has not called me once since I bought the sky

I've gotten "new car purchase satisfaction" surveys on both of my 2007 Saturns (SKY & AURA XE). Actually, I've gotten a survey on every GM car/truck I've ever purchased or leased since 1999 - eight of them so far. I have no idea why they told you that it's random selection - how can I have been "randonly selected" eight times???

I'll agree, that's crazy. I understand not polling everyone for say the next presidential election because its 227 million people, but for the amount of people a month buying a car from that dealership they could poll them all! Cause it's "always" the satisifed customers who get the surveys hahahah

Honda and Toyota survey everyone...

I have gotten a New Car Sales survey for every GM car I have owned since the mid 1990's. I always get a service survey from my Saturn dealer, no matter for what I bring my Saturns in for.
