Joined the club!(07 Redline!)

Hey all my name is Hans and I'm 21, I made one of those young and impulsive moves, and bought myself a Saturn Sky Redline!
I've been a saturn fan since day one, I've owned 5 s-series saturns, which one I turbo-ed, one I bought turbo-ed and the others just some bolt on fun. Its been great climbing the Saturn food chain! I'd include pics of former cars but I dont think you guys would find them interesting haha. The last car I owned was an Ion Redline, great car, but a close friend bought a Corvette and let me drive it all the time, easy to say I got hooked on RWD, so, I made a 6 hour drive out to Pittsburgh just took look at a Sky and BAM! Ended up leaving my Ion and driving home in this!:












I'm completely in love with this car! I was blessed to pick it up from someone who seemed to take great care of it! The dealer had no idea what they were talking about with the car but I could tell the former owner cared about it, already has dunlap DWS's, the fujita intake, aftermarket ic pipes(what brand are they?) and the GM Stage tune(that is the 3bar map thats on there right? haha) annnd a magnaflow exhaust and RKsport lip kit!

The only plans I have for now, is a high flow cat and a real tune!

I cant wait to get to know the rest of you, I've been trolling this forum for about a year now, so I feel like I know most of you personally from reading your posts. ( I know, creepy right? haha). I've gotten a chance to talk to "Elf" on another forum, I cant remember what name he goes by on here, but I look forward to talking and meeting the rest of you!

Since u have been following the forum...u will understand that I am not a fan of Bluestone..saying that and moving on...u realize the hood you have is from the guy out in California...It seems to fit well from your pictures because other members had a difficult time fitting it to their Skys....I am in Elizabethtown and also lllfly...so if u come to the lancaster area, we are here. We also have John RR in Lititz...and of course DrGolf in Collegeville...Elf is still making chocolate chip cookies but he does a double shift at Keeblers (LOL)....we are here if u need assistance.

Those are the stock IC pipes, btw. You should look at some of the aftermarket ones, if for nothing else then to dress up your engine bay.

Hey! I resent that! I was raised the right way haha, my dad always use to talk how he wanted to put white walls on his old Buick, do it up right lol.

Thanks for the heads up, I didnt see the crushes so I wasnt sure, but they do look like stockish pipes haha. Oh well looks like I'll be needing pipes and an IC now too lol.

Haha, welcome to the post Larry!
I feel flattered, And I really cant wait to meet you guys, you all seem like an awesome family. Thats one thing I've loved about Saturn fans, from S-series to Skys, everyone is like a family.
I can't wait, beater car is down for the count for now, just went out of inspection, waiting for parts in the mail to get it back on the road.
So yea sadly I drove the Sky on the salt the other day :/ broke my heart, but its going in for an undercarriage wash tomorrow.
We'll have to plan something.

Your Dad was right...white wall tires dresses up the car...matter of fact, the only SKYS with white walls r located in Elizabethtown...waiting your inspection...
