Lots of Skys for sale in Jacksonville

I was at my dealer today getting the recall done and I noticed that they have about 11 Skys on the lot. About half were Redlines. The dealer is Saturn at the Avenues, Jacksonville FL.

Saw 12 today at a dealer in this neck of the woods. Only 1 or 2 were Redlines.

Orange Park Saturn has quite a few as well. Looks like the waiting list is finally over. Sure hope Saturn cuts off production soon, don't wanna see what we have devalued because of an over supplied market.

Plenty at my dealer also, no more waiting, UNLESS you want a color not on the lot. Midenighblue was not there, the bluestone looks nice in person, (wife didn't like it however). Tried to make a deal on a white r/L with tan top (they look really nice).. But the numbers didn't work out..

I was amazed the last time we were at Saturn of Orange Park at the number of Sky's on the lot. Most were trade-ins for RL.

I have watched as my dealership got a bunch in during the month of February. But they have been disappearing pretty fast - which is amazing to me as they are asking $5K over MSRP and for the most part they are getting it. Seems they are selling every time the sun comes out for more than a few hours. While I was waiting for my car to be serviced the other day - I overheard a couple of salespeople lamenting the fact that they probably won't be able to get thier hands on enough more to have for sale when the warmer, drier weather gets here.

The primary reason I bought mine in San Jose and flew down to get it. The Seattle area dealers really turned me off with their 'tude.

I hope they don't. It's Saturn's policy to give more allocations to dealers that adhere to the policy of selling at MSRP, which is why I could get mine in San Jose in eight weeks at the same time the local dealership was quoting over a year wait.

We have 3 new Redlines and 3 new Regulars, The five used were all traded in for Redlines. Sales have slowed a little, but will pick up with better weather plus we have good incentives on the skys now.

Easiest car transaction I ever encountered. At the time they were impossible to find. Ken hunted one down for me exactly to my specs, and I bought it sight unseen (Redlines were exteremely rare in our neck of the woods a year ago). Despite how rare they were at the time, I wasn't forced to buy extended warranties, the after market security system, car cover, paint guard, or other crap to bump the price. I recommend Ken to anyone in NE FL considering a Saturn.
