Getting Your Saturn Sky Forum for discussing the process of ordering/tracking/buying your Saturn Sky. Ever wonder what a VOMS is? How about an "image", or how cars are allocated? The answer probably lies within.

Months End Rebates???

Does anyone have any inside information on whether or not there are going to be any additional rebates for the last week of this month on the 2008 Sky's? I know now there is a $1500 rebate, but I was wondering if there is rumor of that increasing to $2500 for month's end sales?

Incentives are very close hold in the industry. There may be a "rumor", but you know what they say about rumors.

I just got an email from one of the local dealers here in Northern CA who said there are rebates "up to $3500" on Skys through the end of the month. There's nothing on Saturn's website to confirm that--so far.

That would be awesome. I have been checking their website regularly to see if they are offering anything extra this month. I would assume they would wait until the last week, which starts next week, but I will have to wait and see.

I still have a dealer here in Northern CA telling me there are new rebates up to $3500 but I don't see a single thing about them on any site. Has anyone else seen anything?

I was given $3500 in rebates on the VUE that I purchased today. I think that this number is from a combination of the current $2500, plus the addition of four $250 coupons that the dealers have been given.

It is a great deal if you are looking to purchase!

That would take a base automatic listing for $27,400 down to around $21,300 after I use my GM Card rebate money as well. I'd love a Redline but...

Whoa, just went to my dealers website, they have 3 Skys, 2 2009's a yellow & black R/L, and 1 2008 red left looks like. What shocked me was the MSRP, the 09s were 34,150 and 34,345 respectively vs 32,835 for the 08, that is a 1,510 price difference between taking the highest price of the 09 from the 2 model years.

End of Aug 08

I was just at a local dealer - guy said that he expected 0% financing at the end of the month for 08 models. Got a look at the new Ruby Red and it has just moved to the top of my list. Of course I want an 09 RedLine - they only had one 09 Redline on the lot - in black - couldn't go for a test drive because I had my 6 year old son with me.

Although I do plan to test drive one before I order it - if I drive it too soon I might be tempted to buy it early. I am still on track to buy on for my 40th birthday next March.
