Getting Your Saturn Sky Forum for discussing the process of ordering/tracking/buying your Saturn Sky. Ever wonder what a VOMS is? How about an "image", or how cars are allocated? The answer probably lies within.

My blue SKY has arrived!

Some of you may remember my recent thread regarding the difficulties I've had getting my car and dealing with the inept retailer. Car missed inspection before leaving plant??? While I'm still irritated about that whole experience, I'm extremely happy with the car (how could you not be?!) and it's been so much fun showing it to people and cruising around. I have never had a car like this and haven't driven a RWD car since my first one (a 1981 Buick Regal) but was surprised at how substantial, comfortable and easy to drive it was. I think the engine is plenty powerful and the handling is so far beyond my last car (a 2005 Pontiac G6 GT) that every corner turns into something enjoyable rather than laborious . I also love the color inside and out!

Deluke...please remove me from the list and thanks again for the help you were able to provide.

Way to go!

Congratulations. I'm sorry your experience was a crappy one. I wish everyone who had a bad dealer could go to mine. They have been exceptional!

You think you enjoy your SKY now? It only gets better. I did notice that you have a small sized passenger seat setup (or you're really short and trying to hide it). My grandson has a blast when I take him for a ride - he always asks me to go faster! My daughter and son-in-law are raising him right

Enjoy

I wish I had your dealer too!! They just made it far more difficult and clumsy than it ever should have been.

The first thing I wanted to do when I got this car is take my 5 year old son for a ride and that's just what I did. We had the best time driving it out of the showroom and down the highway! My wife and I ran out to the supermarket (she drove) and it's awesome for the driving to be the point of going somewhere, rather than the destination!

The 'driving' part I get. We'll make any excuse to go for a "ride" on the week-ends. It doesn't have to be too far, not even an over nighter. It is common around our house to get up on a Saturday, jump in the car and either go left to the coast or right to the mountains. Heck, we've even gone straight and cruised up the delta to Sacramento. We've even wandered over to Yosemite for lunch - takes three hours to get there but, who cares! We don't.

Enjoy!

Ahhh the perks of living in beautiful California!!! Unfortunately it's not so exciting here in SE Michigan but it won't stop me for looking for excuses to go for a drive!
