New owner, Old fan

Hi, new member to SkyRoadster. After 4 yrs of lusting after a Sky I finally pulled the trigger on an '08 RedLine Carbon Flash SE. As you all know the Sky makes a stunning styling statement. I can't believe the attention and looks I get. In a parking lot a guy that's had 8 Corvettes came up and complimented me on the car and asked what is it - a Lexus? Incredible. So far some of the care I've given it: Clay bar and paste wax, Clean and protectant the ragtop, Installed 3M & Xpel Clear Guard on the most vulnerable surfaces, Actually cleaned & shined the exhaust tips, bought the MRZ trunk billet covers, and currently waiting for delivery of the T-Rex bumper grills. I've been a reader of the forums for quite a while and just want to introduce myself and thank all for the valuable info leading up to my purchase.

All the OLD MEMBERS have forgotten the RULES...there is no ownership without posting a picture of your car...stop welcoming new owners who ALLEGE to have a SKY...PERIOD.

It's good this wasn't around when I first started with this thread to learn about the cars. I would have told you to take your f***ing forum and shove it up as far as you can push it. This is the personality that would never be tolerated when we first joined this forum...it was a different state of mind...and that is why i PREFACED my new thread with Old timers...they understand.

And all of us were so proud to show our cars...it is a person like Critter who takes offense where no offense is called for...this has always been the rule of this forum...no pic, no recognition of ownership.
