Getting Your Saturn Sky Forum for discussing the process of ordering/tracking/buying your Saturn Sky. Ever wonder what a VOMS is? How about an "image", or how cars are allocated? The answer probably lies within.

Northern New Jersey another baby

OK everyone, it happen today. First I would like to thank all of you for the great posts, they have been priceless. What a huge help you have all been. I have been reading but not posting. The car is a gift to my wife and a surprise at that. So I ordered a yellow with options list below and have been stuck with only an order number for weeks (all of you know the feeling). Went to the NYC Auto show Friday and was told that it could be next week or December before I see the car, again all of you know the feeling. Today I got a call from my dealer who told me a Back with Red interior and all possible options was on the lot as the person who was taking delivery today did not like the look of the red interior and walked away from it. So…I asked my wife to meet me at the dealer to “take a look at the Vue”. When we drove up to the lot and her eyes locked on the black car sitting out front, it did not take long. She got a look at the interior and loved the red and black steering wheel. She had to drive it, just to see. When she got back from the test drive she told me she really love it and hoped we could get one some day. Well its hers now. Happy 40th Lisa! With love from your two girls and husband. Asked the dealer to tell me when the yellow one comes in just for kicks. Picking it up on Monday. Northern New Jersey, another baby will be on the road. Photos to follow Monday.

Congrats Bean...remember when u get to central jersey...u must come over. I beleive my car will be delivered this week...it's birthday was April 7th....by the way, what Vin# did u get? Guessed I missed u at the auto show. Went there Saturday evening...did u notice the Redline on the side louvres had different coloring than the midnight Blue...and the muffler had dual outlets from one single engine pipe...will be easy to convert to dual exhausts..

I'm jealous in Southern New Jersey! Bean gets his in the north, Mike is getting his in the central, who's next? I just got my VIN with no TPW or "birth" date included, so I know it's not me any time soon. Anyway, congrats and enjoy driving it all around while the nice weather lasts until the heat arrives!
