Getting Your Saturn Sky Forum for discussing the process of ordering/tracking/buying your Saturn Sky. Ever wonder what a VOMS is? How about an "image", or how cars are allocated? The answer probably lies within.

Our R/L is on the train

Just received an email from my salesguy. Its on the way BUT it says its bluestone instead of silver (how ironic is this). What a joke at this dealer. We will have to see what comes in, might take it if it looks good (better be cheaper than MSRP)

After all of this, I give up.

Isn't it said "The customer is never right." Obviously you ordered Bluestone and don't know the difference between that and Silver. :P Best of luck...

Sure not getting any great feelings about the Sky from all the issues happening. Mine is a short time from anticipated delivery, and the more I read about delivery problems, leaks, etc...I start to wonder if I'm truly making a bad decision in buying this car...

I think the biggest problem was the GM and he has been fired. The salesguy said all of the paperwork is a mess. I am going to call in the morning and see what options are on the car. I still think that the R/L will be a good fun car.

Here is a copy of his email.

"I just got word that your Sky redline is in transit. There has been one slight concern the Silver exterior was not implemented and some how our IDL is showing Blue Stone as the color. We are therefore waiting for the vehicle to arrive for conformation! I apologize for an inconvenience."

Where is your car going? My dealer told me today that mine is in Nebraska, the train is looking for a way to find the Oregon Trail. Our cars might be on the same train. Supposed to be in Portland, Oregon Tuesday or Wednesday. Looking forward to the "Screaming Yellow Duckmobile" . Hope Robert and crew will get the new WR to me soon.

Have received almost all the add on parts. Still need the flannel cover, Raggtop, and Sealants, will order the chemicals tomorrow.

In transit doesn't mean it's been shipped. I'll explain later but you need to know if it went to 4200 shipped. If you PM me your order number I'll check it for you. But you have to do it within an hour because I'm leaving the house.
