Getting Your Saturn Sky Forum for discussing the process of ordering/tracking/buying your Saturn Sky. Ever wonder what a VOMS is? How about an "image", or how cars are allocated? The answer probably lies within.

Pictures as promised...

I love this car! So far the only thing that's not great are the guages, particularly the gas gauge. But I guess I can live with it. My husband says it's really not a sports car, because it doesn't have oil pressure, temp and amp guages. Of course, it's a 2-pedal anyway, so...

Wow, it's fun to see the reactions! The girl in 7-11 says "WHAT KIND OF SATURN IS THAT?" and "What's it cost, like 50k?". Guy in a BIG SUV stops in traffic to give us the thumbs up.

Can't wait to actually drive with the top down. Why couldn't we have those 70 degree days we had a few weeks ago?

Attachment 10693Attachment 10696Attachment 10697Attachment 10698Attachment 10699

Finally get to drive it to work tomorrow (sunny, but cold). I drive 70 miles door to door, so by the time I get to work, the break-in will be over.

Congrats! Great pictures.....

So will you be doing any modifications?

I agree with you about the gauges and I think that's been heard. In fact yesterday was rather gloomy and it sucks because I cant tell how fast I'm going or how much gas I have left in my tank!!!! That sucks. I looked into the redline gauges, but unfortunately, because it's a turbo, it redlines at a different RPM, which stinks.

We cant wait to see more pictures.

Probably not much, I'd like to get one of Robert's windscreens. When I was getting yellow I intended to paint the calipers, probably won't on the bluestone.

I know this is heresy, but I had my husband put the front plate on. Still trying to figure out what I will do with the EZ Pass transponder. I'll hold it tomorrow and see where it needs to be to work.

Very nice...

Pictures look real nice, now all you need is Blue Skys to go along with the Bluestone. BTW - Like the pinstripe.

I hold my Easy Pass transponder in my hand up to the upper edge of the window frame and have no problem, I suspect I could even leave it up on the dash and it would be OK.

70 miles commute, well at least you have a great car to do the drive in.

Pinstripe???

The bluestone looks great but I'm on the fence about the white pinstripe.

The pinstripe is silver. We saw it on a bluestone base and had to have it. So far everyone who has seen it loves it, it really sets off the currrrrrrrves of the car.

Excellent point. AND, you can join us for the President's Day drive being planned for next month. We are meeting off of 66 someplace. Manasses? I have to check.

I stick the EZ Pass to the winshield right behind the rear view mirror, I cant even see it when driving. I use one of those products that hold it on with suction cups. It is a breeze to move between cars or pull it off when you dont want it in sight.

here is one of the holders:
http://www.e-zpal.com/

and here is the one I use, very secure with 3 suction cups:
http://www.autobarn.net/ezclip.html

Enjoy!

I have no monatary stake in these products, I am simply a user.

I tried holding it yesterday in a couple of places - on right by the passengers visor (figure I could just stick it on top of that air bag warning sticker). On the way home I held it down by the driver side seat pocket. Worked both places, so I'll probably just stash it in the pocket, and take it out if I need it...

Update: That didn't work this morning at a different toll booth. I'm going to order one of the holders motocrash suggested...
