2009 Sky Solstice Benefit Calendar

We need lots of snapshots for whitefang’s 2009 Rocky Mountain National forum Susan G. Komen BENEFIT calendar to be the success it deserves to be.

SO ALL you boys & girls, it's high time to let your imaginations RUN AS WILD as the way I've seen some of you DRIVE YOUR CARS!

NOW LISTEN UP!

I am a veritable FORT KNOX of PHOTOS sneakily gleaned from tons of events I’ve attended, and if I don't see a BIG SKY response, I WILL BE FORCED to improvise, which means Lil' Oggi (Solstice Side) and SPAG (Sky side) will be lassoed in for photochop duty.

IT COULD GET VERY FREAKY since some of you do know what I'm capable of. (and they don’t call me shameless solli for nothing)

LET ME SEE YOUR STUFF! The sheriff doesn't want to hear any excuses!

This is an opportunity for the fantastic SKY COMMUNITY to get behind a very worthy cause.

SO PLEASE PUT ON YOUR LARGE, GOLD STARRED HEARTS, SHOW YOUR SUPPORT AND LET’S GET THOSE PHOTOS ROLLING, ROLLING, ROLLING.

Thanks!

The Rocky Mountain Solstice/Sky Club is hosting the 2009 North American Solstice Sky Meet in Colorado. whitefang has asked that the benefit calendar have a western theme so I'm asking that the groups get together and take a couple of pictures but I am accepting single shots also.

You can park in front of the BEST WESTERN hotel as long as you've got on cowboy boots and a cowboy hat. Jk, anything that might speak to the wild west, is what we're looking for.

The picture can be goofy and funloving, serious, landscape oriented, conceptual, show your mods as long as you throw in a couple of sixshooters... it doesn't matter, have fun and commit to buying a calendar.

Last year the calendar raised $2,500.00 for SGK.

Nobody send her anything. I wanna see how freaky she can get!

OK- send her stuff. Solli put tons of work into the 2008 calendar and did an amazing job! This is your chance to be part of something really fantastic.

BTW, Solli, I've offered to show you my stuff many times and you've always refused. After you stopped laughing, that is.

I knew you were a Cowboy at heart Reed!

The rest of you Skys right now might like to know- the 2009 NASSM- Colorado website is featuring the Sky part of our group with a Sky photo too!

Go to your local tin-type photo shop and have them take your picture! We have one in our area with a western town for outside pictures!

I noticed you post about this in another thread a while back, but hadn't thought of anything for it until today. I think I have an idea.

If I can make it funny, I will! I may not even need to photoshop anything!!!
