The NASSM 2012 Room Thread is now open.

BOOK NOW PEOPLE!

The cutoff date of May 20 leaves a TOTAL of only 28 rooms available for Thursday and Friday.

We are keeping a close watch on the room pickup list and adding rooms as needed.

There is a set number of nights contracted already and we as an event do not want to pay for rooms or nights not filled.


Don't let this happen to you.

If you do not receive the answer you need or have a booking problem, please report it here or PM me and I will get back to you as soon as I can.

The Crowne Plaza received high marks in the selection process for their willingness to accommodate the needs of NASSM 2012. Understand, there will be minor glitches, so be patient as we seek a resolution to you issue.

No rooms available but regular priced rooms available on their website. Can you see if we can get more at the discounted rate?

Working on it. There are rooms that can be moved to our block at the group rate.

The only night that 'appears' to be sold out is Wednesday June 20.

I'll post when the rooms are assigned to our block at the group rate and can be booked.

More rooms were added to the block for Wednesday.

If anyone has any room booking issues, post here or PM me and I will take care of the issue as soon as possible.
We have plenty of rooms available outside our group block.

Room reservations can be cancelled up to 24 hours before your arrival.
If you are on the fence or unsure of your ability to travel, RESERVE YOUR ROOM NOW! You can pay your $88 event registration on site but if you don't get your room early, you may be stuck away from the main group.
