There are actually two lines forming.

Once group running the 301 route, which the DC crowd can pick up around Waldorf in late afternoon, see the link posted by VA_Sky for this group.

Another group is running 95 and is setting up to meet at Springfield early afternoon; the objective to beat DC and Baltimore rush.
