Lunch in Jersey - Wednesday MAYBE?

Trying for lunch in Marlboro/Manalapan area this Wednesday....so far there r two of us and maybe a third...anyone interested to join?

Yeah, Mike. Most of us youngsters still need to work for a living, ya know!

I'd love to join y'all, especially since Adler's making the trip all the way down, but I just took 6 vacation days during audit season and really can't take another after being back for only 2 days. Dinner would be another story.

Adler, any chance of you making it down for dengel's Buds & Blossoms run on 4/28? I know weekends tend to be bad for you, but with lots of notice...

Reed..of course welcome back...is there another event on April 28th...that may be the date for Peddlers Village and New Hope...

Yeah, it's been planned for a while- click on the link in my post above. IIRC, Diane even brought it up at breakfast 2 weeks ago!

If you could scope out another date for PV/NH it would be nice- some people may wish to attend both.

is 12 noon fine...kip is coming also..and todaresque wants to come from binghamton...that is absolutely crazy...have to talk him out of it...

I would love to come... but I am off the weekend before for my ambulance squads annual banquet... plus, our time off requests are due the 1st of the month prior.

Old Silver Tavern in Manalapan??? Easy 3.5 hour drive... you have to remember a few things about my driving.

I have driven:
• 18 hours straight through to Spring Hill, TN to visit plant before car show in Lebanon, TN after working a 12 hour shift.

• 24 hours straight through to Fort Myers, FL for a Saturn only car show after a 3 hour nap after working a 12-hour shift.

• 21 hours straight through to Atlanta for the NOPI Nationals a couple of years ago due to an accident I had two days prior to the show and the car needing to be repaired. *The car was started on at 9am Thursday and finished 3pm Friday... I ran into a Buick and damaged the bumper cover, both headlights, hood and even bent the tie bar above the radiator. Radiator was fine. They fixed it all well in that time. LOVE them!!!*

• 20ish hours straight through to Kansas City, MO for the USACi World Finals show...

There are more... but as you can see... can't talk me out of a short 3 - 4 hour drive. lol
