This thread is not for you to post or reply in. If you do post in this thread then I'm going to have the moderators move it so your gonna make more work for them and me. There are other threads that you can post in like MECCA II - Chit Chat Thread just PM me if you really have to.

I'm not going to open up the sign ups that are mentioned in the agenda until next weekend and they will be separate threads here in the Northeast forum so that everyone has equal opportunity. Don't post in this thread wanting to sign up for them now.

Also after you have had a peak at the agenda and you are willing to volunteer to attend the second of the two tours then please drop a note in this thread

10:30 2:30 Check-in at tent in parking lot when you arrive ( Visitors arriving after 2:30 must check-in with Security at Plant Entrance )

11:00 Network with Kappa Engineers in display area / Women’s lounge opens

12:30 12:45 Welcome from Plant & UAW Leaders - all visitor attendance required

12:45 1:00 Safety & Mutilation Protocol - all visitors present must attend

1:00 2:30 Plant Tour – Group 1 ( pre-registration required )

1:00 2:00 SWE – Group 1 ( pre-registration required )

2:00 3:00 SWE – Group 2 ( pre-registration required )

3:00 4:00 Presentation –By the Kappa Coupe Engineering & Launch Team / attendance is required by all visitors

4:00 4:15 Safety & Mutilation Protocol for visitors on tour 2 must attend

4:15 5:15 SWE – Group 3 ( pre-registration required )

4:30 6:00 Plant Tour – Group 2 - meet at bleachers ( pre-registration required )

5:15 6:15 SWE – Group 4 ( pre-registration required )

6:30 End of Days Festivities

Additional Activities:

Tender Loving Care Tent (TLC) - Opens at 11am closes at 6:00 pm
Kappa owners can have factory personnel finesse body panels, convertible tops and more! Sign up at check-in- first come first served , we request that you remain with your car when being serviced

Women's Lounge – 11:00 – 6:00 Chair Massages and Mini Facials will be available – 1:00 to 3:00 and 4:00 to 6:00 by Professional Massage Therapist and Estheticians in the woman's lounge free of charge. Pre-registration requested on-line with Mike Malik ( justmike) note: only 8 massages and 8 facials available during each session)

Quality Showcase – 1:00 – 3:00 & 4:15 – 6:15 Some lucky Guests will take a ride through our water test booth. Thousands of gallons a minute is sprayed on every inch of every car to ensure a leak proof car. Then its off to our test track to experience our Quality Verification test ride.

Simulated Work Environment (SWE) - What does it take to be a Wilmington Team Member? Experience one of the ways we train all Team Members by building Coupes in our Training Factory. If interested in participating in one of the four sessions pre-registration requested on-line with Mike Malik ( justmike) spaces are limited. Note: Participants must be 16 or older and able to handle power tools and do some moderate lifting. No registration required to only observe the hour long activity.

Car Clinic for the Ladies – 2:00 and 5:00 - learn how to use the tire inflator, change wiper blades, check fluids and more!

Visit the Official Pontiac, Saturn, GM Kappa Performance Parts, and GM’s Racing - Sport Compact Drag Racing & Drifting, Displays – Open all day

NOTE: Dress Code and Plant Rules will be strictly enforced

OK so it is becoming clear to me from all the PMs that a lot of you don't understand the agenda. Let's see if we can break it down for you. EVERYONE should plan on checking in so that you can attend the 12:30 Welcome Session which will be followed by the Safety and Mutilation presentations. The tour 1 group will take the tour while those waiting for tour 2 will have an opportunity to watch or participate in one of the Simulated Work Environment sessions. Then EVERYONE will be back for the 3:00 Presentation –By the Kappa Coupe Engineering & Launch Team. The folks who are on tour 2 will take the tour while the tour 1 will have an opportunity to watch or participate in one of the Simulated Work Environment sessions.

Not to mention that there will be time for the Tender Loving Care Tent, Women's Lounge and the Quality Showcase.

So hope that clears it up for EVERYONE. The sign ups for the Women's Lounge & Simulated Work Environment Sessions will be posted this Saturday and it will be first come first served. For the Simulated Work Environment Sessions even if you are not part of the assembly line there is plenty of room for you to watch and/or make fun of your fellow forum members who are.
