Looking for some volunteers to help set-up the "AFTERPARTY" at the Fairfield ... we have the conference room to use as a "party" room and Midlife has offered to set up with coolers, beer, wine if he can get some help. It would require leaving just a little earlier from Joe's Crab Shack and heading back to the hotel to help.

I have volunteered to help him out ... hoping some others will help also!!

Also, from what I understand he will be collecting monies for the "refreshments" to offset his expenses.

Hey everyone - don't forget that Joe's Crab Shack has been working on stuff to set us up for a lot of fun on Friday night, so we don't want to short change them and take off too early and leave them hanging!



(I'm all for an after-party - just want to make sure that Joe's gets enough $ to cover the fact they are reserving a huge section of their restaurant for us on their busiest night!)

I know Midlife was very gracious in setting up the extra room at the Fairfield for party central too so we need to take that into consideration also.

Maybe the PARTY at Fairfield should be moved to Thursday night??? Just thinking outloud here.

There is no time requirement - we just need to make sure that we tip generously since Joe's has arranged to have extra staff and their best dancers taking care of us!

The general manager has seen our cars and knows that we have discriminating taste! hehehe

Obviously if people are planning to drink heavily, it is best to do that at the hotel!

I won't be in DE early enough to make it to the Nauti Goose but would definitely be there in time for some sort of after dinner party. Sounds like a great idea to me! Can't wait to start my life of sin at the Fairfield Inn.
