Well folks seems like lunch on Saturday is not going as smooth as I would like. So we have a couple of options. We can over whelm the local Sonic in Dover, trying to contact the management there about options. We could also over run the local farmers market in the middle of town where parking might be an issue. There is of course almost every fast food restaurant known to man in Dover but with our projected numbers almost any option is going to take awhile. We can of course have something catered and the museum will let us use one of their conference rooms.

So what do you all think?

Now as a former Air Force Vet...i would think one of those box lunches on board the C 130's would be available...they were real good during the Vietnam War era...the nylon straps did hurt the tuchee though!

Now as a second choice...White Castle...love those little bombers. It doesn't take much to make me happy

Having it catered at the museum sounds good to us, this way every one will be together.

I would highly discourage White Castles for lunch followed by a long car ride.

They don't call 'em Sliders for nothin' you know!!!

If pizza would work there is a really good Italian place not far from there that has some excellent choices. We could take a quick order along a collection from folks before we start and call the order in for delivery to the museum.

What do you all think about that?

Al and I stopped at Pat's Pizza in Smyrna last month. Nice decor, good food, not sure if that's what you were thinking...Either way, catered, pizza, sounds good to us.

If you are having pizza delivered, you may want to plan on having few Solstice and Sky coolers loaded up with waters and softdrinks to accompany lunch. A few cases from Costco would probably be a lot easier than trying to get them delivered with the pizza.
Oh now were getting all picky about the pizza ... it's not Domino's

They do have vending machines there at the museum but might not be a bad idea to grab some soda & water .. oh thought of one more possibility

Dickey's Barbecue Pit - Home

Full menu here ... http://www.dickeys.com/docs/Dickeys_Menu.pdf

One not far from the museum and looks like between the two lots we can park all the cars we are gonna have.
