MECCA II - Second Tour Volunteer List

The agenda will be up in a bit and I need some folks who requested to go on the first tour to volunteer to go on the second tour. As you can see from the agenda this is not a really big deal for most of you but some may be driving home right after and need to be on the first tour. If I don't get enough volunteers then I'll start with the folks who's waivers were the last to be received and assign folks that way.

So once you see the agenda just post or reply in this thread and let me know if you are willing to volunteer. Once we get a little closer I'll post the list of who is assigned to what tour time.

With the second tour being late afternoon, I can take lots of PIC's of all of those beautiful KAPPA's from across the land!!!

If I am not on the second tour, by all means you can place me there. Does the SWE take away from the actual tour time? I would love to be one of the lucky ones to take the SWE, the water bath, and test track too. Sign me Up Scotty!!!!

The event is lasting longer this time... or at least moving farther into the day.

I was worried I was going to miss the tours again this time, like last time, due to leaving work at 6am and arriving a about 10 minutes after the 2nd tour started. Now they both start after... no worries. Woo hoo. lol... well, except now my evening plans are needing to be adjusted.

Also please keep in mind that each tour the group is broken down into smaller groups of about 10 with a guide ...

Guess I'll post this question here since it is the same topic, Can we leave the parking lot between tours or do we have to stay once we are there, doesnt matter to me....ill bring some snacks with my in me Sky cooler just in case...SteveSky67

Short of the actual tour it self you will be able to go in and out of the plant with your badge.
